Between May 30, 2021, and July 15, 2021, there was a computer “glitch” in Softball City’s Point-of-Sale system at the Bullpen Restaurant. As a result, some payments made during this time were not processed and credit/debit cards may not have been charged.
Softball City’s Point of Sale provider is currently processing payments that may not have been processed between May 30, 2021, and July 15, 2021. You may see new credit/debit charges on your account(s) from the “Bullpen”. These are for credit/debit card purchases that were not previously posted.
Softball City is currently working closely with our Point-of-Sale provider to ensure all payments have been charged correctly.
The integrity of our system has not been compromised.
